# Education Leaderboards April 2019

We've added 10 new candidates to the United Kingdom Universities, and updated the U.S. Education Leaderboard

We're back this month with an update on both the US and UK Education A11Y & HTML Conformance Leaderboards. This month we have added new candidates, and a general re-check using the latest version of axe-core and W3C HTML validator.
 
The United Kingdom A11Y & HTML Conformance Leaderboard has 10 new candidates:
 
- University of York
- University of Newcastle - enters at TOP 9
- University of Edinburgh - enters at TOP 2
- University of Glasgow
- University of Sussex
- University of Essex
- King's College London
- Royal Holloway, University of London
- University of Aberdeen - enters at TOP 4
- University of Sheffield
 
With this addition, this leaderboard now contains 30 UK Universities, and the new Top 10 is:

## United States Education Leaderboard Update

The 50 candidates at the Top 10 United Stated Education A11Y & HTML Conformance leaderboard have also been re-checked with the latest version of the validators and here is the updated TOP 10:
